Manager of Ruekert/Mielke’s Madison, WI office, Lietha has worked on numerous public works projects during the course of his 13-year career as a Professional Engineer in Wisconsin. He has designed sanitary sewer and water distribution systems, business parks, street reconstructions, and stormwater management programs. Lietha serves as the contract engineer for the City of Columbus, Wisconsin and holds a B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
