Upstream Oil & Gas Process Design Chemical Engineer


Process Engineering Associates, LLC currently seeks a Chemical Engineer with experience in upstream oil & gas operations and/or process design. Additional experience in refining and/or chemicals industry is desired but not required. Duties will include executing process design and engineering projects in multiple industry segments including the upstream oil & gas industry. Candidates must be willing to travel, as assignments, both domestic and international, will require some on-site work. Minimum job requirements include a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a combined 10-20 years of design and operating experience related to oil & gas and chemical processes. Ideal experience includes a wide variety of upstream unit process simulation, troubleshooting, project engineering, and process design experience (such as gas plants, sour gas treatment, LPG, LNG, distillation, multi-phase pipeline hydraulics analysis, etc.) and unit operations experience. Advanced degree and professional registration are desired but not required.
